What a pleasant experience. Young lady at the window was friendly and sweet. Food was delicious! Had the brisket sandwich and a sausage sandwich!! Saw a order of nacho getting ready to go out and they looked amazing, will try those the next time.

The brisket melt was meh and overly salty and greasy. Service was absolute trash. The woman taking the order was rude. She opened the window and just pointed down to the standing menu then closed the window. I stood there a bit confused cause I already knew what I wanted and even had my cash out. She opens the window again and asks, “Can’t you pay with a card? It’s just $13.” As I’m taking out my card she closes the window once more and I wait again. MAYBE the window thing was to keep flies out but there were none out this day. Finally paid and was given an order pager. The pager goes off and I approach the window to hand it to her. She points down to the counter as if to direct me where to leave the pager… literally inches away from her. Horrible, horrible, horrible. They want customers to use their card so they can tack on an additional charges for card processing.

Yeap, it was delicious! Brisket tacos, brisket nachos, cheese nachos, and big brisket sandwich, all with raving reviews from the crew! My 10 year old said it’s the first brisket he has ever liked, and my 10 year daughter said she now loves brisket nachos!

So here goes an update. My wife went here the other day to order her some food. The lady behind the counter gladly took her money. Afterwards, the lady asked my wife if she teaches. Wife’s response, yes. Do you teach crt? Its not in the curriculum, so no I dont teach it. Do you teach black history month? Yes we do. Why don’t a black teacher teach black history month? If they would apply for the position, they can. Long story short, my wife went for nachos and basically got called a racist for being white and not teaching an unapproved course through the state. She reached out to the husband, and he basically told her she his wife had every right to call my wife whatever she wanted. You sir, have lost a customer. And I hope you lose more.

The owner was really rude and disrespectful. I was asking her if they were located in Seguin and she kept asking me who I was and why I was questioning her ? and I told her I’m just a resident in new Braunfels looking to move to Seguin wondering where the good food is at Seguin and she kept wondering why I was asking her questions I was just trying to be nice and then she asked if we were the FBI and why are we investigating them and asking questions and she was super rude and disrespectful. She disappeared as the kind gentleman was making our food and she was acting very suspicious which makes me question why she was acting that way?! I wish them a Happy New Year and the cook said thank you!!! Food was great.

Owners are very friendly and the food looks amazing and it stops there. Brisket is a chop style drowned in grease chicken is the same style but not real chicken it’s chicken fajitas from heb. The food is just not good at all my dog got a $60 meal and im headed to Bill Miller’s
