My friend loves their summerlin location so we tried this new branch. Overall it’s pretty good. I think they’ll get that 5th star the next time I go in once any new restaurant kinks get worked out. For anybody who likes anime they love decorating their walls with it. A ton of One piece especially on the wall to the bathroom.

Me and my partner came in since we previously liked Fuwa and saw it was a different place! We decided to try it and it’s now our favorite place to go to. My partner got the Pork Katsu Curry in spice level 2. It was really good! We think it would’ve been good if they added the carrots and potatoes onto the curry sauce, but it is still good. Will definitely try spice level 3 . I got some california rolls and the Lion King roll. It was pretty good, but thought the LK roll would be hot since it is a baked roll (it wasn’t hot) I would definitely try the Soru sushi next time or something that’s not sushi. I also got the Okinawa Milk tea which is good as well! Would definitely recommend coming here to dine in, it’s near Mimi’s Cafe!

Soru is the replacement for Fuwa Teppanaki and is now a fast casual Japanese restaurant with a wide menu including ramen, sushi, udon, teriyaki and curry as well as boba tea. I have personally tried the ramen which is very good and the teriyaki that’s also quite tasty. Please note though that the chef/owner is not there everyday and the backup chef’s handiwork is just a half notch lower in quality. A good value and worth a visit.
