Customer service is everything. Unfortunately I had terrible service and it makes me sad, like a coffee experience should be enjoyable and satisfying. I bought a iced caramel cloud the drink was okay.. I just can’t get over how rude the batista was. I never write reviews but seriously little girl do you realize how many people will take your job and do a much better job than you? You brought immaturity and negativity into your work place and I hope you learn how to become a decent human being..

This isn’t a real Starbucks. The baristas aren’t trained like the baristas at any normal Starbucks, which is very good to know when you get a drink that isn’t quite right. They also don’t have the selection of a normal store. That said, it’s not bad, but there is plenty of room for improvement.
