This is one of the better Taco Bell locations in St Charles County. The staff is courteous and friendly, and the service is fast. The quality of food is consistent from visit to visit, and exactly what you expect when you order from the menu. There’s another TB just down the street from my home (Elm Street, St Charles), but when I’m craving Taco Bell I gladly drive the extra miles to get decent food and service.

I went through drive- thru for dinner. I was in line for 30mins. I could have driven off, however I waited. When I did get my food there were items missing. I told the person and he gave them to me. I drove off and then realized I was missing something ELSE. I had to turn around and go back. Once I got to the store I waited another 5mins. By time I got home my Mexican pizza was soggy. The manager did give me 2 coupons for a free taco with purchase.

Ordered on the app and when I went to pick up my order the drinks were not there. The worker was helping a customer at the counter. I began to open the bag to check my order the woman started chewing me out for opening MY bags. She said the stickers were on and I shouldn’t be opening them. I told her I was just checking and she said they already did that. I then said I was missing my drinks. She said we are busy and she would get them as soon as she was done with her customer. Yes this whole exchange happened while she was helping another customer. She got done and ask we what my drinks were and I told her and she didn’t move so I walked back up to the counter to show the drinks on my receipt. She then said “ I’m not trying to be rude but the bags are sealed and you don’t have gloves on. It’s for your safety.” Seriously?! No, the sticks are so that when you order delivery you know the bags weren’t opened after leaving the store! Not to protect me when I pick up my own order! Of course this whole exchange was occurring in front of other customers. To top it off 3 of the items were ordered without tomatoes and the receipt clearly showed NO tomatoes and they all 3 had tomatoes! So frustrated by the whole experience.

Used to be the best Taco Bell around. Portion sizes have decreased. Tacos and quesadillas are not filled properly. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and there was almost no chicken….all cheese. Taco Bell can do better.

The drinks all taste bad. Pepsi was nasty. Flat or the carbonation system is not working. I dont know what happen to this location. Its so hit or miss with the service.
