Ordered strawberry shake, but it tells me it is out of stock after waiting. Then they told me they have to ask manager approval for refund. So I chose to take two cups of lemonade. Took one ⭐️ out for this.

We ordered a black and white shake and what we were given were frozen cups of 70% vanilla 30% chocolate ICE CREAM from the freezer. After receiving one that was 95% vanilla asked for mine to be exchanged and the person at the counter looked at me like I was from Mars. I asked him three times before he finally did it. It was still mostly vanilla.

Person taking order didn’t offer. Any suggestions after I repeatedly told her I’ve never been to Shake shack before the cheese sauce for the cheese fries was cold and hard which made it undesirable. The place was insanely busy and the food came out extremely fast. The hamburger was very tasty.

Tried shake shack for the first time. Did the single patty shack burger. It had a nice flavor. It’s just enough to satisfy you so I’d try the double if I went again. The buns are toasted and they add lettuce, tomatoes and a mayo based sauce. Pretty good. At the airport they give you a buzzer so you can go find a place to sit while waiting for your order. There is also a panda express and a pizza place near by. Not to mention Rocky Mountain Chocolate.
