WELL where do I start. I came in with my family and was already getting bad looks by the people here. Let’s just say we’re not their color. I already felt like we were going to get bad service so I had placed an online order for our baby, AND then had my husband place an order at the counter just to see the difference between the food as well. SO us being Hispanic, my husband was spoken to like he was literally a NOBODY, attitude loud voice and all, and the repetitive “is that all” after every item he asked for. He asked for sauces and they came out with, “there’s a 27cent charge for each” again said with a nasty attitude. After he placed the order he waited a bit until he saw they were about give us our order that he ordered at the counter, then notified them about the mobile order. The lady rudely asked “YOU have a mobile order?!” Confused like if we couldn’t afford it. So he politely said yes ma’am. Surely both orders were ready at the same time. NOW the comparison, the mobile order was made FRESH and hot! Even had overloaded the fries, then when we opened our counter ordered items, OLD and cold chicken! Mashed potatoes literally a small scoop, fries, old and stale! Ok so now after that, we’re about to leave and low and behold, a family of their same race came in, the woman that attended my husband,.. attitude and tone of voice COMPLETELY changed! All of a sudden she had manners, and customer service etiquette. Oh wait! How about the part where they asked for sauces MIND YOU, I heard their order and nowhere did they ask for tenders or nuggets. And nowhere did that woman say that there’s an extra fee for sauces! Now you CANNOT convince me that they’re not racist here. So if you’re Hispanic just place a mobile order so you won’t have to deal with the rudeness and get your food fresh. As for me, I’ll be staying away from this location. We took a picture of my counter ordered items, but couldn’t get one of the mobile order since our baby was ready to feast. Popeyes, do better! Only one man that’s an employee there was polite, other than that the rest just give bad vibes, stares and attitude.

Chicken was cold. My shrimp box was extremely small. It’s supposed to be a quarter pound of shrimp and it was like a handful. I actually want as far to weigh it and it was half of a quarter pound so half my shrimp we’re missing and everything was cold. And I didn’t get my drink. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had things missing from my order at this location or the quality of the food was horrible. They also didn’t even have regular chicken tenders. Only spicy. So living Either take the spicy or get nothing And this was after I paid.

I ordered a popcorn shrimp combo and this is what I received. There were no popcorn shrimp, only fried skin. There were 2 large reheated shrimp. I would’ve preferred being told they were out, asked to wait for fresh shrimp or given another option. Who wants to pay almost $9 for skin and 2 hard shrimp pieces?

I must say I had great customer service from Tierra (forgive me if I misspelled) I really appreciate the clean atmosphere… Everyone had a smile ..What really won me over was everyone was cleaning and sweeping and keeping everything clean .. I will be back because of the great customer service… Great job guys ..Job well done ..

It was a bad experience. Nothing but kids in the facility including the manager. I waited over 30min for 3 pieces of cold chicken and cold fries. When I brought it to their attention they snatched the bag from me and threw it on the counter cursing. 1 very young employee actually had manners and assisted me in actually receiving my food. I can’t say ill visit this location again.

I went here on my lunch break I asked for a large red beans and rice a biscuit and a strawberry soda I didn’t think to check my bag once I arrived to work I looked in the bag to my surprise there were three small cups of red beans and rice you can’t imagine how frustrated I was

They NEVER have anything ready on time. They tell us 5-10 min wait and ends up being 20-30 mins. It’s the 3rd time they do this. I don’t understand why it takes them so long to prepare food. Maybe new management is needed or a whole new staff!

I had a delivery order, I never got all my food! I’ve called this place about 10 times! Nobody ever answers the phone! I chatted with some online customer service. They offered me 3 bucks! I refused. Never seen a restaurant where nobody ever answers the phone!!! Other places I’ve ordered from took care of issues immediately not this place! Ridiculous!

By far the worst Popeyes I ever visited. The customer service is just terrible. Very hood and ratchet personnel that work there. Not sure who is doing the hiring but something ain’t right. Quality of the food is trash. Don’t go there. I’m warning you. You will be disappointed.

Management I just there today (07/31/23) @ 12 o’clock, no one at register taking customer orders. No one acknowledging the few customers waiting to place order, one lady keeps looking but not even letting us know someone will be with us shortly. She reluctantly goes to the register and finally starts taking orders, I walked out of this place. Love the chicken, not the service/experience. Not my first bad experience at this location. Please train yourself/ staff better, i.e Whataburger, Chic fila. I see I’m not the only one posting about this location. Do Better!
