I came in here on Thursday to study around 5:00. I was immediately greeted by a sweet girl, but I did not catch her name, and also a friendly crew. My drink and donut were out in just a minute and when I was all done with my drink, the girl brought me out a water when she saw my drink was all gone. With the stress of summer finals and papers and moving back into school, she was the highlight of my day! I absolutely recommend this Dunkin and commend the crew for being so kind. 10/10 experience and staff. Thank yall so much.

I’m from New England so I grew up on Dunkin and know exactly how it should taste. We all know Dunkin is one of the most inconsistent chains out there, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at one. They couldn’t remember our simple order and messed both of our drinks up to the point where they were both completely inedible. We had one sip each and had to throw them out. The iced coffee tasted like chemical burns and my so-called raspberry iced tea tasted like the most watered down iced tea you’ve ever had and like there was someone whispering “raspberry” 50 feet away from you. Normally I can push through and drink my drink if Dunkin is having a weaker day, but these were absolutely foul. My first time here and I’ll never be back 🙁

Friendly workers but unfortunately got something I definitely didn’t order. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and this is what I got….a bagel with an egg and a slice of cheese. Wasn’t even warm. I was so sad. Also ordered a blueberry glazed donut and just got glazed. I’d come back since everyone was friendly but if I wanted my order I’d have to go somewhere else

My 1st time at this Dunkin Donuts, and I guess the cook wasn’t too pleased that I asked for no egg on my breakfast sandwich. Bacon pieces falling out…unmelted cheese…..looks as though someone threw the sandwich together from the other side of the restaurant. Won’t be returning!

I use to love this Dunkin but lately I have gotten the worst service. I came in 15 minutes ago and still here. I wanted a large frozen coffee and 2 pancake go wraps an they get the order wrong and plus I had to change my drink cause of what idk. There’s like 6 people working in here an im literally the only 1 they are serving. I think today is my last day giving this location my business. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry and if you want something in particular smh.
