It took me a long time to try Zaap Thai. I have this weird thing about eating local. I wish I had tried them long before I did. They are the nicest people you can meet and their food is always delicious. The cost is great compared to other places similar to them in bigger cities. They make everything fresh and it always tastes fantastic. I suggest you order ahead in you can because it does take a minute to make everything. Best Rangoon you will have and the dumplings are even better fried. I love this place and I will continue to support them!

Zaap Thai is definitely a gem in the area. Food was fast, fresh, and flavorful. I had the Red Chicken Curry with steamed rice. It was a large enough portion where you could split with someone. My family really enjoyed their food too. I highly recommend!

This food was AMAZING!! A hidden jewel in the city of Waskon,TX. There was a short wait time, the food was made fresh & the service was so nice. For anyone driving to or from Texas or Louisiana the food is worth making the 3 minute detour off I-20 to grab a plate. A++

I’ve been here twice and both times have been very impressed. The red curry is a good blend of sweet from the coconut milk and savory. Their Tom yum is also very flavorful. They have a spice scale from 1-5 and it’s true to scale. I got a 3 and would say that’s definitely mid spice for my taste. Enough to get your nose running but not hot enough to actually burn your tongue. Give this place a chance and you’ll be glad you did.
