I am very disappointed in hard earned money spent on the food here. This is the worst del taco I’ve ever had. They told me to pull forward and I had to wait in the sun so their timer would stop. Both of the del cheese burgers were as hard as a hockey Puck and so dry you couldn’t eat it. The fries were a half carton with should have been a small when they were supposed to be medium and the soda was super watered down that it had no flavor. Waste of time and money, I will never go there again. Expensive nasty food at this del taco

Ordered a burger for my Son… Ughh, it was BURNT! The patty was burnt all around. Had to go back for another one.. they made him a new one which was kool, but the fact of having to go AGAIN!!

My favorite spot for crinkle fries . Id say they have the best fries when they are fresh from the fryer. This last time I ordered a double del cheeseburger and i completely fell in love . The buns were toasted and the cheese was melty, and the sauce blended with the shredded lettuce to create an absolute delight. I savored it till the last bite. Two thumbs up. You think tacos when you hear Del Taco, which are yummy, but now at least for me, Del Taco my new cheeseburger joint.

On 3/20/23 at 8:13 I went through the drive through. There wasn’t one single car in the drive through and zero customers inside. I sat in my car for just about 5 minutes waiting for them to do their job. It’s not my job to get their attention. As I was driving up to the window, which was open, I noticed employees just standing around. I’ll be sure to get in touch with corporate about this location. I don’t want anything free I just want management to not be so incompetent and out of the loop if that’s even possible.

There is Del tacos all over the place we eat there frequently the beans taste extremely weird here. Possibly way over cooked or leftover from the previous night. I don’t know but it was not good.

are you serious. i went threw the drive through asking for a number 1 with no cheese and no tomatoes and they put tomatoes no biggie i drove back and walked in i waited 10 minutes before someone helped me ive worked in fast food before your job aint that hard and five of you were standing there doing nothing until a new person came in and asked if i had been helped i said no and told her i wanted no tomatoes and no cheese and no joke they all talked to each other being like “did she say no lettuce and no cheese” and i said again no tomatoes no cheese i think this is stupid its not that hard its so easy i recommend going to literally any other del taco before this one.

I ordered a large asada nachos and the girl, who I’m assuming is named Heather, was rude over the intercom and rude at the window. Conveniently the store didnt have asada but when I asked for a refund on the nachos, after being offered chicken, didn’t even attempt to process my refund but instead started to talk to someone in the back kitchen area. This girl was planning on changing my asada I paid more for into chicken and not give the difference in pricing back to me. It seems to me the staff just didn’t want to prepare the asada until I said i wanted a refund. Then they proceeded to throw tons of jalapenos in the nachos. I’m EXTREMELY dissapointed.

Ah man, I usually love Del Taco. We eat at a different location further down the road at least once every other week. Everything we ordered today was old, stale, cold or just gross. We came at around 6pm so you would think everything would be hot/fresh for the dinner rush but it wasn’t. Based on this visit alone I would not come here again or recommend it.
