Really slow service and the Erid (I think her name tag was hard to read) was not the most welcoming. Her coworker (was not wearing a name tag) was goofing off and made me a normal latte when I asked for decafe I’m glad I double checked when it was ready (I have to be very careful with caffeine).

I’m giving it a 3 because the staff is always kind and that’s never an issue. However it seems like one crew makes a better coffee half the time I end up with more whip than coffee and half of the ingredients, but every once in a while it’s make with the perfect ratio. Also a lot of the time the coffee tasted stale.

Always quick and always very friendly. And they must have some of the best hiring managers. As I’ve never . Myself seen a rude worker there. But that’s just my experience. Which I’ve been to alot of Starbucks. And you would think I’ve encountered atleast a couple rude workers. But that isn’t the case which the credit had to go the people that hire the workers there. For finding friendly employees. So credit to them and keep it up Starbucks!

Ordered a 20oz vanilla latte and it tasted like sweet water. What happened to the robust coffee flavor? Will never buy a coffee from Starbucks again. In Wa we like coffee and when Starbucks makes sweet water I’m done.

Stopped in to look for shoes and a shower head. The shoe selection has gone down since I remember buying shoes last, they had hardly anything that was being displayed actually in stock and if it was in stock it was way away from the shoe on display (the shoes in the boxes directly under the display shoes didn’t match the display).
