For this to be a fairly new establishment, one would think they would be on point to make a good impression. I ordered the #3 chicken sandwich that has cheese and bacon. The chicken was old and looked to be scraps of whatever they could find in the back. I asked for Mac and cheese, and they didn’t have any. I came back to get a refund, and the manager could have cared less about the situation. She came to the window and said, “Are we refunding the whole thing?” No apologies or anything. She handed my card to the cashier, and he gave it to me and just walked away. I sat their because the expectation was to receive some form of receipt for the traction. He finally came back and said he didn’t have a receipt for me and did not know how to get me one but suggested I take a picture of his receipt he needed for the drawer. It’s clear the issue starts with poor management. The 2 for service was merely because the cashier didn’t act like hated his job.

Waited 15mins in the drive thru for my order to “NOT” be taken. I finally drove up to the window and asked why nobody took me order, the cashier said they were short of staff and I should come in. I stated if you’re not taking orders in the drive thru, shouldn’t they’re be a sign so customers wouldn’t wait looking crazy. So, I said you can take my order right now since you’re talking to me thru the window. When I got my order, it was “GREASY”.I know it’s fried food but this was overly greasy to the point where the grease stains were noticeable in the box. I ended up waisting $10 on a meal that look like a kids meal and with all the grease present; it made me so sick. They’re slowly going down hill and may need better management.

0*********** Why would a chicken spot be put in the popular area of the city that is full of trash and non customer service. I’ve tried to get food twice over 6 months first time no sides close to lunch hour because the truck didn’t come in. Second time tonight car ahead was asked to hold for nearly 3 minutes then my turn and was placed on hold as well. So at 8 pm after trying to get a chicken sandwich it will take 10 minutes and Mild Chicken won’t be ready until 20 minutes. Are you kidding me! Place was pretty much empty. I’m Done!! Who won’t ever attempt again- is Me!

Literallly waited for 45 minutes to get my food. They make you pull to the side, there are 6 cars that are pulled to the side waiting for their food. This has been a terrible experience. The GM needs to do a pop up on this spot cause this is ridiculous

Ordered two meals at 12:22 for dine in and didn’t receive food until 12:50. There was NO ONE in the restaurant when we ordered. They need to stop accepting mobile orders if they can’t fulfill dine in and drive thru orders. Wait time is ridiculous.

Ordered a 5 piece meal and an additional 2 piece meal because I love the popeyes since it’s close to my house. The staff that was in there today was amazing. Greeted with a smile and compassion. Even though they were busy they continued to inform me that my was order was coming. Normally fast food places tell you that a dissappear. This store with Roxxanne and her staff today were amazing. Just wanted to give praise to a job well done because working in fast food you only hear the negative. I wanted to bring POSITIVITY today to a great working staff!! 5 ⭐

We’ve been three times now and every. Single. Time. It’s taken 20 minutes to get our order. We just received our order after a 22 minutes wait, with one one other car that came through the drive thru after us. Tried to go in to check on our order and the doors were locked.
