I enjoyed trying qdoba for the first time. I tried their custom tacos which were delicious. I paid nine dollars for three tacos, and I was completely full. This is a great place to come in your lunch break or for a quick dinner!

Love the “Subway” style for burritos like Moe’s and Salsaritas. Figured since I was close by it’d give it a try. Staff was good, I didn’t order at the store, I ordered online. My order was ready before the time I set. Everything tasted good. The atmosphere was nice, based on Mexican wrestling. Would visit again.

this specific location is excellent. Ive been to the one in niagara falls and they are average. What sets this specific location aside from the rest is there customer service without a doubt. SO FRIENDLY. we were sitting there eating and employees would walk by to get a drink out of the fountain machine and would ask us how are food was and so forth. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere.

Great employees that are pleasant and a great atmosphere. Three tacos for 9.99 is a great deal! We also loved the queso sampler, it’s incredible. I always try artisan tacos when I see them and these are by far at the top of my list!!!! We were in Buffalo for a week and we came here three times!

This was a great Qdoba! The eating area is clean and features their newest interior design. There is a large seating area (one of the biggest I’ve been to). The staff are passionate about their jobs and care to make the guests feel welcome and cared for. I will be stopping here again next time I drive through town.

Poor service and burnt chicken was not what I was expecting. But that is exactly what we ended up with. Unclean dining area and food carelessly dropped into other food containers. The kid making the tacos didn’t listen very well to what was ordered and began putting whatever into the tacos until I stepped in and corrected him. Which was met with quite the look. Upon entry we were greeted with a lovely conversation between the two kids working the counter discussing their collective unwillingness to be at work and how they couldn’t wait to leave. Personally, they should quit of that’s their attitude. Coupled with all the complaints above, this place should be shut down until they can hire decent staff and train then in food safety and handling. Eat at your own risk!

My boyfriend and I live close by and come here almost weekly for a quick dinner after a long day at work. We absolutely love the food. However don’t enjoy the days we go in to see food that has clearly been sitting out all day. Brown lettuce, brown guacamole, telling customers they ran out of food. The employees were already packing up the entire restaurant at 8:15. Other nights we go in at 9:30 and get more fresh food and employees who are more than willing to even make me fresh food that they are out of. The three girls working tonight were cleaning up ready to leave and just made our experience not so great. The usual employees were not there and need to be brought back.

Visited the Qdoba on Walden Ave on Thursday afternoon last week and had a wonderful experience. Was pleasantly greeted by the manager on duty. Wonderful atmosphere, fresh food, knowledgeable staff, quick service. Everything was perfect. Will definitely come back to this location again in the future!
