Second time at this location, food has been good both times the sirloin was seasoned and cooked to perfection, the baked potatoes were delicious and salad was crisp.but the service was terribly slow both times It took 10 plus minutes for a draft beer and a glass of wine. I won’t even bother for a third time.

We arrived Saturday around 7 and only had a 15 minute wait time. Hostess did not greet me but just asked “How many?” Ok she was busy no big deal. She walked us to our table that had one booth seat and had a chair on the side of it. It was a very odd setting for a couple. And it is in a weird location. She added another chair to probably throw off the weirdness. Our waitress said a total of 5 sentences to us. Didn’t greet us, tell us her name and we felt very uncomfortable. No eye contact. We almost walked out after putting in our drink order. She was very annoyed and we didn’t ask for anything additional because we didn’t want to bother her. It was possibly the weirdest service I have ever encountered. The food is good here which is the reason why we came. But the whole stoic encounter with the waitress and hostess was very off putting. I didn’t Even want to ask for a refill. 🙁 It was sad because it was my husbands birthday we didn’t even want to get dessert.

We have been 2 times now. Clean. Very friendly. The staff are very nice. Food is always good and cooked to order. Stuffed mushrooms are great. Onion soup is great. Steaks. 1st trip, we ordered NY strip. Steaks were great cooked as ordered. 2nd trip ordered the porterhouse, and my steak was more done than I requested, but it was still delicious. Baked potatoes were delicious as well.

Wonderful experience with Nyah!! She was so hospitable, kind, accommodating, friendly, prompt, courteous and patient. She literally is the epitome of what every waitress should be. My daughter graduated and Nyah helped put the icing on the cake for my family ❤️ excellent job I hope I get her every single time ❤️

Sometimes they get my order right, but most of the time they fail big time. I was there 2 days ago & asked for a well done steak, no pink. They had to take it back 3 times & still it was half raw inside. I tried to tell her the steak was way too thick, but she didn’t listen. I asked for a sweet potato with no cinnamon sugar & it came loaded with it…twice. At this point, the waitress became frustrated & said to me, “just eat it”. That is not what you tell customers! The manager came over & we talked a few min & he placed the order himself. When it came out the 4th time, it was done, juicy, tasty…perfect. It shouldn’t take a manager for the cook to get your order right, especially after failing 3 times before. I’ll go back again, but if they fail again, I’ll start going elsewhere.

I ordered Flo’s Filet and it was so tender! I mean I was surprised at how it melted in my mouth. My sweet potato was good and my broccoli wasn’t too hard or too soft it was just right. The server/bartender was amazing. She made sure to take very good care of my table. We also ordered desert, and she made sure we knew about all of the desert options. We enjoyed the cheesecake with caramel drizzle! It was delicious with the Graham cracker crust. It came with pecans but I don’t eat those so she was able to give it to me with out it. Just an overall great day of service.
