I moved here a year ago and have gone to this Jersey Mikes whenever I want a sandwich – or whenever I have a rough day. The staff are absolutely amazing, so kind and seem to love engaging with customers. The food quality is always good but the employee experiences keep me coming back to this particular store!

I used to have Subway when I was craving for sandwiches (I generally don’t eat cold subs). However, today, Jersey Mike left me a very good first impression. I would say their tuna fish cold sub was very yummy. Sub came cut in half. Price was a little high but product was in good value. Wheat bread recommended.

Friendly, quick, and efficient service. Much better than the majority of sub shops in Chapel Hill.

Overall great staff at this location. All of the employees who make the subs have great work ethic, good senses-of-humor and listen to any special requests. The only negative comment is the cashier is sometimes rude, but the rest of the staff is on-point and makes up for it. The sandwiches are of course awesome also. “Mike’s Way” is the best way to eat a sandwich!

They simply won’t prepare DoorDash, UberEats orders until they have no customers left in the line.

Jersey Mike’s must hire a particular type of person because no matter which one I go to I seem to always have the same great speedy service. If you haven’t eaten here before the subs are a little smaller in length than subway but that’s usually because you get a lot more stuff in the sub, less bread more good stuff. If you are already a customer and enjoy the food make sure to sign up for their points and email list. They do a lot of promotions which means better deals for you if you like the food.

I ordered 3 hot subs. 1 came out as ordered. The other two were not. One had extra mayonnaise and by extra, i mean the whole sub was smothered in it. The other was not toasted as asked for. Not happy one bit with what was asked for and what was received. The service was nice though. And they were all very nice.

Jersey Mikes is my favorite lunch spot! Though the subs and cookies are great, the customer service can use some work. It seems like a lot of young kids work here, so I try to give them a pass. One kid though was just really rude. He didn’t have on a name tag, but my receipt said his name was Clint. Maybe he was just having a bad day?
