Great service and wonderful morning crew today, I didn’t get to catch their names but they were just the sweetest. I ordered my coffee a little too sweet and I went back inside to see if I could by a new drink because of it and they offered to make me another one for free and that it wasn’t a big deal. I arrived at this location around 11am and placed my order through the drive thru. I assume it was the manager who took my order. She was short and demeaning. I could over hear her speaking to the employees in a harsh manner as well. The young girl who handed me my food exhibited tremendous self restraint and great customer relations. She did look dejected as a result of this shift manager I would assume. Hope this location identifies a more pleasant manager to take responsibility for the atmosphere at Dunkin. Maybe she was just having a bad morning, but professionalism demands you treat others with respect and courtesy.

I have never been to a more well run Dunkin’ Donuts! stoped off the highway, placed an order right as I got in the drive through and by the time I got to the window they already had it ready (in less than 2 minutes I recon). Tasted amazing. Friendly staff. All round would make it a point to stop along here on my way down the highway again

Came through drive thru with my niece. She ordered avocado toast with tomatoes, Mango Pineapple gree tea, and a chocolate croissant. The Dunkin’ Donuts staff were friendly at speaker and got the order correct. There was a mistake on getting all all items out but they corrected it and it was out with a smile. Awesome service.

Clean and neat. Went for breakfast and I did not get what I ordered. The wife did not eat any of hers due to poor preparation and poor quality of a doughnut and a bagel with cream cheese. Something is off at this place.

Put in a mobile order to be picked up at 8am. Got to the location at 7:53 am was told they didn’t have any mobile orders. I was questioned which is understandable told them yes it’s the right location I’m guessing they only wanna do mobile orders when they feel like it this has happened to me twice at this location who use to get my business a lot. I definitely will no longer come to this location
