I ordered a catering order online. When I arrived to pick it up I was greeted upon arrival and my food was ready. The person helping me even opened the door for me since my hands were full. After I left, I realized one of our items wasn’t in the bag. I called the store and the person on the phone apologized and asked if I could come back to the store. She had it ready when I got back and was apologetic. She even gave me a free meal coupon, which she didn’t have to do! My experience was good and the food was really good. I will definitely visit this location again.

My experience was absolutely horrible. The person making my order made a mistake and put hot corn on top. Instead of making a new one she tried scooping the corn out. I asked if I could just get a new one. The attitude I got was insane. I barely got any rice and when I asked for more it was even more attitude. She made my new bowl and I had to ask for more each time because of her attitude and she was rushing. I love Qdoba but someone has to fix the attitude of the staff. I asked for extra steak and barely got any steak really disappointing.

Came in to get a shrimp bowl. The guy starts to put old clumped together rice in the bowl. It looked like it had been sitting there for hours. I should of left at that point but I was hungry and didn’t want to drive somewhere else. When he goes to get the shrimp, they were out. He says it will be about 10 mins for it to cook. I noticed the guy in the back didn’t seem thrilled about having to cook more shrimp. I decided to sit a wait, I figured at least the shrimp will be fresh. While waiting at a table I’m looking around at how filthy the floors and tables are. Then I thought about that rice and I just walked out! I ended up at Chipotle down the street where I got fresh hot food within 5 mins. This location is pathetic. They should close and reset and get some new furniture, and maybe look into replacing some of the staff.
