They forgot my orange chicken for one of my plates. I then called and I had to drive back 20 minutes away just to pick up the item they forgot. No apology was given. Worst experience of my life. There are better chinese takeout restaurants out there. You can do better.

I really do love panda express because of the variety of food that is offered they are just in one place! My favorite thing to get always is white rice with the walnut shrimp and orange chicken. This specific panda express is super clean and they get your food really quickly! Something though that I will never understand is how they will always give me more orange chicken and they do walnut shrimp!

Every time I go I get the worst customer service. Everyone is just too young to know how to act and serve food. Food is hardly ever ready, small portions of food. Hard noodles not cooked well. I expect to be Served well even if it is 10 mins before closing. Y’all get paid anyways so just be open till it says don’t close early. I always try to give them another chance but they fail every time

Food hot and fresh. Plenty of tables but gets crowded. Limited parking due to different businesses on-site. One restroom which requires a code. Friend had to ask for toilet paper. Trash can contents overflowing onto the floor. Right by the freeway. Busy street due to many nearby businesses. Handicap parking and wheelchair accessible but I would not choose this place due to limited space.

Great and fresh food. The first impression that you get when you enter the place that is very clean. The service was excellent. I asked them to bring more fresh kang pao chicken since I was going to order for 4 plates and they asked me just to wait a few minutes more and they did it very pleasantly. The only bad thing that they don’t give you sauce and napkins unless you ask for it.
