Great spot to stop for food. The service was good and the food was pretty good as well. The only thing I really have to say is that A&W prices in general are a little high for what you get sometimes but it is still really good food. I’d recommend stopping.

I’m not one to post a bad review but tonight was just not a good experience. I used to work here and I’ve never sounded that annoyed on the drive thru even while being slammed. I got Crispy chicken instead of grilled sliders and no sauce on the side as well. I was whatever about the sauce but when I got home and saw my order was wrong it was a little disappointing. Mistakes happen and I understand. For the future as a word of advice maybe just re-read your orders back to your customers and take that extra time to actually listen to their order.

I LOVE A&W, normally 5 stars all around however I had a rather unpleasant experience with the drive-thru worker this time, he had misheard my order (no worries, it happens, I work retail as well so I can u derstand) but then insisted that I was wrong when I brought it up. I wasn’t looking for anything free or anything, just what I had ordered, aside from this experience I highly reccomend. I would still go back and don’t want the employee to get in trouble so I won’t use names, hoping he was just having an off day and hope it improved.

Closed at 6:30 on Friday. I don’t fault you for staffing issues. But if there’s still people in the dining room why make a tired cold trucker stand in the drive-thu line at zero degrees? It’s not just poor customer service, it’s dangerous. The order was to go anyway, so I wasn’t staying.

Friendly cashier and great service. Happy to see A&W survive amongst the major chains. Skip the rude employees of the taco place next door and eat here. Dining room is also open.
