Located in the Cabrillo Pavilion in East Beach, this restaurant offers expansive views of the water and walk-on access to the beach. The menu offers a wide variety of fare, with something for everyone. Prices are reasonable and there is a full bar. Service was quite friendly, but slow & some requests were never fulfilled. The atmosphere is also quite loud. On a previous visit, folks at the bar were too loud to enjoy the meal, and on this visit it was the very loud uncontrolled children. It was impossible to hold a sensible conversation, and thus difficult to enjoy the otherwise great quality food. Restrooms were very nice & location can’t be beaten in the area. A true reminder that life is about compromise.

Amazing place with a great view. We got the brie which tasted pretty good with the toasted sourdough and wine. The vegetarian burger was delicious as well. The vibe of the place is pretty good. We’ll definitely come back again.

The location is beautiful, right on East Beach with perfect ocean views. The food was fresh and delicious. My blackened halibut sandwich tasted like it was freshly caught—flaky and moist! The service was excellent. What a wonderful experience. It makes you feel like you are on vacation!

It is super busy on a Saturday night! The service was excellent despite this and there was also wifi service. The veggie burger was fluffy and well seasoned. I have never had ranch dressing on fries and that was an interesting experience. Beautiful ocean view on the terrace. Good place for a small to medium group of friends to have a meal, drink, and enjoy the evening.
