Horrible service. No one was eating there but my family and they had no chicken strips, no catsup, no bbq sauce and the guy at the counter was incredibly rude and aggressive towards us. He got the order wrong and I asked him for the 4 items that were missing and he said he needed to see the receipt because he didn’t charge us for it. He saw the receipt and there it was, paid for. He gave us 3 of the items and when I asked about the forth he threw his hands up in the air in anger! He was angry when I asked for napkins after we ate, because there were none and he gave us none. When he handed us the order we asked if this was everything and he said he didn’t know. Such a rude, rude man that should never be employed where he deals with customers. Also, he was handling money and the food without gloves or washing his hands in between. This was our kids first time to KFC and we were boasting about how good it was. The kids never want to go back and neither do I. He tried to intimidate me with his size and his temper. This man needs to lose his employment with KFC for good. Do better!

Dirty, not friendly, did not get what I ordered 2 two piece dinners potatoes and gravy, slaw one correct the other had 2 slaws no potatoes! I thought since only car on drive through and no customers inside probably a bad choice. The worst meal ever had from a KFC will not return!!

RUN as fast as you can! Multiple times I have tried to order here. Every time they say they are out of chicken. How are you gonna have a KFC franchise and no chicken? The location is great but it must be just a tax write off for the franchisee because there’s no way they are making any money! I’ve heard these complaints for TEN years and thought they were exaggerated but nope! Verified RUN away joint!

Pure trash. Employees act tough and threaten customers. They never have enough food and then get mad when they want to give green beans instead of Mac n cuz. If I wanted green beans I would have ordered them. Ok so u ran out yet again. MAKE MORE. same thing every week. This store needs to be closed. It’s one thing when it takes over an hour to get fast food (ok I can deal with that) but then your out of what I ordered because you have it to other customers that only ordered one meal that came in 45 minutes after me. I’m trying to feed a family. MAKE MORE….. Then u don’t want to refund my money. I didn’t gett what I ordered. Don’t send the order they if u don’t have enough.

The management and crew are suffering with understaff and most of them don’t even know what they are doing. Everytime i go here they say it will be 30 minutes or they simply are closed because they want to be. Such a disgrace that kfc will go under due to poor management. Its really the upper management not staffing the establishments correctly. And no oversight plays a big part.

ALWAYS have to wait an absurd amount of time to get my food. Went yesterday and no one answered the headset, so I drove up to the window. There was an older white man in the who CLEARLY avoided me. He played like he couldn’t see me. I even blew my horn twice. I was on my 30 minute break, while working a 12 HOUR SHIFT!!! All I wanted was some solid food to push me through the night. Ridiculous! This is the third time I’ve wasted a break on this restaurant. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
