Went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time and was very impressed. Sandwiches are delicious and lots of different kinds of sandwiches. I will keep going back. Staff and service was fantastic.

Had the chicken parmesan sandwich and it was quite tasty. Forgot to take a picture until I’d nearly finished it. The staff was courteous and helpful. I don’t think they have as many options for the toppings as other sandwich shops but their sandwiches are better.

Ok sandwich place with an ok product. Customer service is on point. The method they use cutting fresh meat is nice as you know it wont have been sitting in a pan for a week. The bread i got was the rosemary something was ok but it didnt taste any different than white bread. For the amount of oil and vinegar put on it i wouldve expected a more flavorful vinegar. About half as much oil would be good too. For the price point I probably wont be back as it didnt seem to match the cost given the materials being used.

Staff was awesome kind & friendly fast service. But the 1 foot long gluten free sandwich wasn’t too much filling( veggies & meat or cheese) kind of dry for a price tag $20+ ft since I can’t have regular bread. Per celiac condition but won’t mind paying the price of heat least it has more stuff in the sandwich & not so dry inside the sandwich.

I got the big kahuna chicken cheese steak on a wrap. It was a little skimpy on the chicken and I should have asked for less cheese but besides that it was good!

This place is my all time FAVE!!!! Me and five paleo vegan kids go here ALL THE TIME! We love there sandwiches that cater to my families nonGMO Paleo Vegan diets! My favorite thing is how the meats are all hormone free so the government cant fill my children with their chemicals to turn my children into greedy little economic monsters!!! DEFINATELY RECOMEND!!!!(We are also known to bring in our dog snuffles! They are sooooo dog friendly!!)

I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s dozens of times. I always get an off the menu Hot Turkey Philly. Never not one time had any problems ordering this at any location I’ve been to. Well, there’s always a first. Both the employee and manager refused my order by telling me Jesey Mike’s does not do this. I said yes do and have done it many times. I got no satisfaction and left….what a bummer. All other locations I’ve been have been 5 star.

Staff is amazingly friendly! I ordered a California club (thanks to the staff member that informed me) and the sandwich is so good! Place is very clean and welcoming. I bought a Black Cherry Tarragon soda…have yet to try it….but I will update later.

I wore a mask as required when required, same as everyone else. Today when I went to the shop, they told me I still had to wear a mask. You certainly have the ability to set that policy for your business, just as I have the ability to go to the next sandwich shop, which I did. That said, I think it was the snide and unnecessary “Have a nice day!” from your shift leader that had me questioning who was actually hiring for the franchise. I’ve been a multi unit franchisee for 32 years. I am puzzled why you would risk taking what is at this point a political position with a restaurant as opposed to simply letting folks decide for themselves. It will almost certainly cost you traffic— perhaps significant. This industry is difficult enough, and I do wish you well. I would simply think it wise to reconsider the policy.
