I tried to place an order through the app but it was very glitchy, especially finding my address. I had similar problems on the website but managed to place my order ahead of time. When the delivery time came, the order was not delivered even close to the time I selected. Then we got notification that the food was delivered but it was nowhere. When we contacted the store we were told the driver clicked the delivered button by accident but the pizza was definitely coming. One hour later our pizza was finally delivered after we had to keep checking all the doors all night. Horrified I had to pay for that after that long wait (I had just worked a long 10 hour shift).

One of the nicest Pizza Places that I have ever experienced! The Manager Jamie, is a woman who excels at her job in each & every aspect. She cares about what she’s doing, she is kind & compassionate, and she simply makes for great conversation when picking up a pizza! (Which, in my experience, always tastes good!) Never thought to leave a Google Review, until Google Maps asked me to… & I knew immediately that I needed to! If you want good food, cooked in a clean kitchen, delivered with friendly & nice conversation, Order here! You will not at all be dissatisfied!

Ordered through the app. Said it was delivered, never got it. Called to find out and they couldn’t seem to find it at all. Said they would resend but would take another 45 minutes. No offer to refund or make it right in any way. Had issues before but nothing like this.

Horrible service and attitude. Have ordered before but this time they cancelled without telling us, then said they don’t deliver here even though it’s five minutes away and deliver next door and across the street. We’ve always tipped well so there is no excuse. Especially for the rude attitude of the manager who said we’re just too busy to deliver to your street. Seriously? Pizza wasn’t that good to start with. And stop sending us your coupons in the mail if you aren’t interested in our business.

If zero stars were possible, this store would get the crown on it. I ordered a pizza and a few things on the side that were never delivered. I called up to the store twice on separate days within two weeks to talk to a manager, but never got to speak with them. I’m pretty sure that an employee answered the phone and claimed to be a manager, lying to avoid getting in trouble, but they should know that if they don’t do anything wrong in the first place, they wouldn’t get into trouble. If it was a manager that I actually spoke to, then I can do their job better, without the disappearing act they pull to leave the location during their shift. When I called, it was to get a refund and I was told that I would receive it within 5 to 10 days. I know that the person I was talking to was lying because I still haven’t received that refund, over a month later. If anyone wants food, don’t go to this restaurant or any of them on Euclid avenue. Their work ethic is absolute trash.

Nasty greasy pizza. Cold too much sauce and cheese. Greasy mess to eat. Everything fell off the dough. First time I called asking for the manager, I was hung up on. Second call, I was put on hold and call was not taken. Already put this review on your Marco’s feedback site
