You can’t go wrong with lunch or dinner on the beach and Charlie’s is a fantastic option to enjoy it. Located just steps away from the beach the food (lobster roll and clam chowder) was excellent. Service was fast and friendly in spite of being very busy. Park is available for 30 min free but if you are hanging out on the beach while you eat I suggest the paid parking or walking.

Decent lobster roll although I wish hot buttered was offered. The free 30 minute parking right in front is nice but you definitely feel rushed with the meter maid vehicle with automated license plate readers on patrol.

So we went here because of the reviews. Sooooo disappointed!! Ordered the “famous fries” and they were so gross. Had a sweet taste and were so soggy and greasy. Also ordered the Turkey wrap and there was one piece of Turkey on it. Looked like a child’s size wrap. Not worth the money in my opinion. The only thing that was good was the cape cod chips.

Ok, no hyperbole here, amazing place. Midday on a beautiful sunny day in August and they rocked the service. Efficient and quick. Great beach food, great quality. The ability to manage large crowds is an art and they have it down.

By far the best restaurant on the beach especially if you don’t want to interrupt your beach day to sit down with a server. The fries are the best in the area and the lobster and tuna rolls are very full and fresh. The clam chowder and lobster bisque are amazing and on one of the colder days on the beach they are a must!

Tuna roll was tasty and on a toasted hot dog bun. Lobster roll was just OK but they both came with a bag of chips. Fries were soggy, greasy and not salty enough.

Zoey is an absolute saint. Although she didn’t make the cheeseburger, or the cheeseburger without a bun, or the french fries, or the hotdog, or pick the apple, or make the fruit punch, she was an absolute gem taking the order. You guys are lucky to have her.
