Sadie was absolutely amazing! There was a miscommunication with my Uber Eats, and she took care of the situation and was super kind and understanding the entire time! The staff was friendly, and probably frustrated from the lack of air conditioning at the time we came in. So They were loudly gossiping about stuff but they brought it all out to us fast and the price was on the lower side. So thats a plus but It was a bad first experience food wise for me. I’ve had better frozen meals than the buffalo mac n cheese we got here. My partners meal wasn’t any better it had been awhile since he had come to one and remembers it being quite different. It looked disgusting like it was all just hurriedly thrown together. Like a cheap frozen meal you add a few fresh ingredients to. I had to mix for awhile just to get a little color on some of the noodles. It was very runny and lacked any real flavor outside the minimal amount of buffalo sauce and green onions. The Caesar salad was almost entirely croutons and there was no way to mix the thick dressing in without making a mess.

too expensive for the portions that looked like something from the kids menus at other restaurants. Food wasn’t bad by any means, but we waited like 20min for our food, just to be disappointed at how small they were. I’m really not exaggerating, i took the plastic fork and picked up all the noodles in my dish in one scoop! About $30 for two “adult” meals.

In town for the weekend. . The wife and I shared the tortellini roasted garlic cream, it was good. First time eating here. My daughter had the Japanese pan noodles with steak, that’s was yummy as well. Then other 2 kids had Mac and cheese and spaghetti and meat balls. Came to $39.00 with 4 drinks. I’d try it again.

The counter staff was very helpful since I had never been to Noodles before. I had pad Thai with shrimp and my daughter had buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. Both were very good. The place is clean and comfortable. I thought the prices were a bit high at $25 for two meals. All in all, a positive dining experience.

ZERO stars. Walked into Waterloo, IA Noodles and Company and were told at 6:45pm they were restocking and not taking orders. Hours say till 10pm. Not sure how it will stay in business if turning hungry customers away.

It was OK, they said they couldn’t make cheesy garlic bread because something wasn’t working, I can’t remember exactly. But they were able to make potstickers—which weren’t good. They were super flat and greasy (see pic). I got the spicy Korean beef dish and my sister got some Zoodles dish that was lemony, I can’t remember what it was called. My niece got a kids spaghetti dish. Also the bathroom door (women’s) was hard to open. I actually thought someone was in there because I tried 2 different times to open it and the handle didn’t turn right away so I assumed it was locked and in use. The 3rd time I tried (after waiting a while and seeing someone else get in there) I tried the handle harder and got in. There was poop on the back of the toilet (like the top part by the seat). I was pretty grossed out and decided I didn’t really need to use the bathroom that bad.
