It’s KFC, you already know it. This branch, while nicely designed, loses a star due to accessibility. On one street the parking lot is actually not for KFC, & it’s only one way to enter, not sure how you’re supposed to exit. Closest parking lot (different one) entrance on the other street is .. exit only. You need to go down farther & turn down another street, then into another parking lot & cross over the aforementioned exit only street to get to the KFC parking lot. Not a huge deal but if you don’t know where you’re going you may not be able to find the entrance, or you’ll just give up & drive the wrong way through the exit. Should be better marked in my opinion. But staff was nice and helpful and friendly, food was good. They don’t open until after 10:30 I think so don’t go too early. It was nice & clean inside, good place to eat.

We went thru the drive thru in Corning and we get home to eat our food the gravy is spilled all over the bottom of the bag!!! Thee chicken looked so dry and the breading was falling off it!!! Normally I’d rather go to this one than bath but I see that’s impossible! At this point i would rather drive all the way to horseheads they never disappoint us

I’ve given this place three chances too many. After a long day of helping my dad move into his new home, we decided to grab a quick bite. We both were served the worst chicken sandwiches of our entire lives. It tasted like dry rubber jerky that was overcooked and tasted like old fryer oil. It was nearly inedible and we ended up throwing most of it away. We didn’t say anything because there was a line and we didn’t want to embarrass the staff. It was extremely disappointing to have spent (or wasted) $28 on our meal and be so let down after a long day of hard work. This local KFC is gaining a bad reputation and the reviews clearly reflect that. It’s unfortunate because the architecture of the restaurant is beautiful. It looks like the kind of place you would expect some quality food from but after several visits, it’s clear that this location cannot deliver. Word is spreading quickly in our small town and I doubt this place will last if the food continues down this path.

When this place first opened it was great. Since then I’ve noticed the quality slide. Tonight I stopped to pick up an 8-piece to take to friends for dinner. The sides were ok but the chicken was like Jerky and almost no coating. Could barely chew it. Covered it in gravy just to soften it up up a little. Very disappointing.

Please double check all your take out and drive through orders before leaving. Save yourself the anger, because it is rarely right. And while your checking your order, 2x the biscuits so that your not getting rocks disguised as biscuits. Consistently one of the worst kfcs ever been to, for at the least incorrect orders. Not sure what the issue is here.

My Mac bowl nuggets were under cooked. My food was brought out very quickly, and I felt rushed to order and pay. I was the only one in the drive through and there were three cars in the parking lot.

I spent over $30 & my mobile order I picked up in person 1) wasn’t ready when it’s app said it was ready. Dint come with any sauce so had to use leftover McDonalds nugget sauce so cool I’m paying for $10 strips to have a McExperience. Then…. A $4 side which I paid for was not in the bag when I got home. Will never order from these armatures again.

Ordered what was supposed to be at least crispy chicken and they can’t even get the skin on the chicken. Clearly undercooked and several spots and yet they felt that this was acceptable to serve to the public hopefully I don’t get sick from the piece I already ate before I noticed that it was this badly done. This is the same management that came from Elmira so clearly they’re just going to continue the same poor quality of food at a different location.
