Don’t waste your time or money here. I was traveling for work today & stopped for breakfast. Every step of my order was a disaster. I had to repeat my order 3 times to 2 ppl. I ordered everything as it comes, no special requests, not even sugar in my coffee. The most basic order ever. I ordered an iced latte, they gave me a hot one. I ordered a bagel, toasted, it was not. The MANAGER handed me the hot drink, I told her the mistake, she took back the drink & did NOT make me who ordered!

Don’t order a vanilla cappuccino… they will always only fill up the cup 3/4 full. I’ve tried others in the area and they aren’t any better. Disappointing because I actually like the cappuccino better than anywhere else, but I’d rather receive a full cup from the has station.

The lady seemed rude all because the price didnt match up, and she acted like she had an attitude when she went and told the manager, the manager didn’t even apologize, looked at me or nothing. They treated me like I was an inconvenience and then when I apologized for being complicating the rude cashier decided to say I don’t know the menu sorry. Like it was hard for her to do and then on top of it she didn’t add my butter, so I had to be one of those people and be like is there butter on it and the nice gentleman said sorry no and did it with no problems. Your store is poorly run and need new employees besides the man who works in the kitchen and did my sandwich he was the only nice one who made eye contact out of the 3 I interacted with. I get the drive thru was busy but inside wasn’t. Then the lady walk in back and I’m pretty sure she was talking about me because the guy standing back where she was hiding behind a wall looked at me. I get Tim Hortons from Emerson Ave all the time great customer service but this location could use their kind of management or employees because I didn’t feel respected. So please do better. I work in fast food and this isn’t acceptable… thanks!

Needed coffee. Tim Horton’s appears convenient. Can’t remember the last time I’ve been at a Tim’s. I get a cuppa and a chocolate glazed. The mud water is very fowl. The donut was so-so. Probably won’t be back at a Tim Horton’s until I can’t remember the last time I’ve been at a Tim’s again…
