One of the best steak sandwiches I’ve had. Hickory smoked on site, fresh cut flank. Very reasonable prices for the quality. Surprisingly large menu for a food truck and it all sounded excellent. Owner seems like a good guy. I’ll be back for sure if work has me there.

Stopped by on my way up to Baxter state park for a weekend camping. I ordered the steak bomb and was happily convinced to get some fries along with it. The whole meal was incredible. The sandwich was juicy, flavorful, and made fresh right there. The fries were a treat too. I would strongly recommend stopping by for a bite, also enjoyed a chat with the super friendly chef. Great experience and kept me full for the whole first day of camping.

At first, it may seem slightly pricey for a food truck, but I can guarantee that Adam’s cooking mixed with what he offers on his menu is absolutely RAVISHING. Great meals, LARGE quantities, absolutely worth every penny!
