If you want your food not to be cooked make sure you tell the person taking your order you want it well done and tell them five times. Also tell them how you want your food made five times and we’re sure it will be messed up and undercooked and incorrect and you will have wasted your money also just like me.

I feel bad posting a bad review because the staff is always so friendly and helpful, but, man, the food sucks. It’s always stale tasting, the meat is gristly, everything is bone dry. And I know this isn’t company standard, since I can go to the one 20 mins away and it’s good. Once again, staff is A+, they all deserve a raise and they arent doing anything wrong, but management needs to take a look at what supplies they’re being given.

Seriously my last time ever going there again. I ordered the chicken swiss and bacon sandwich. After braving walking through the flood at 8pm to pickup my food, I get to work and there is absolutely no sauce on it. Dry as can be and so cold the cheese was still hard. Who pours mop water across the ENTIRE floor including where customers have to walk?!!! Not to mention the entry way and there was no wet floor sign until you got in inside the 2nd set of doors. This place might as well go ahead and go out of business now…

Customer service here is extremely lacking. I asked for items and they told me they did not have it. I made alternative choices and they told me they did not have it. It was very obvious to me that the employees there did not want to work but somehow expect to get paid. Ridiculous!!! Will be going to Delaware Arby’s for now on.

Went to get a late lunch at this arbys drive thru and waited about 5 min for someone to answer the speaker, ordered our food and ended up waiting about 15 min. for our food at the window and was never told sorry for the wait etc. My bfs fries were nice and hot while the other fries were lukewarm and stale my roast beef sandwich was not to my liking there was hard pieces on the edges!!!

Save your time and money and just go to Chick Fil A. They have no idea what they’re doing. Nobody else was there and we still had to wait 20 minutes for two small orders. They asked us multiple times what we got while we waited and even tried taking our card again after we already paid. It gets worse but I dont feel like wasting anymore time on this place…
