Everyone here was polite, respectful & hospitable. They always remember us as we go for healthy options. But, I drove by today & it’s closed, Subway not the fueling station. The reason an employee of the fuel station said it’s because they are slow. I don’t believe it, something feels off about it as they always had customers.

Do NOT recommend going to this one.. the little girl with 2 pounds of make up was very rude! No customer service ! Asked for onions and peppers on my sub to go in to the toaster and she didn’t put it on. Told her several times I couldn’t see the sauces to see what one I wanted.. she just stared at the counter.. she was acting like she didn’t want no one to come in and eat and she really acted like she didn’t want to be there.. after the 6 inch sub was “toasted” it was still cold!!! DO NOT GO..SMH

The fat manager will give you attitude when her employees mess up and talk down to you. Super lazy. She’s always just standing around while everyone else is working and is never in a good mood. Super rude and inappropriate behavior in my opinion.

The employee named Paul got an attitude when asked to put on gloves, then made our sandwiches and didn’t unfold the meat or distribute the ingredients evenly. Literally made a pile of meat in the middle of the sandwich then got an attitude when I asked him to make it right. Ended up not buying the sandwiches because he was doing such a horrible job. Never had a bad experience at subway until now. Paul should be fired.

Went to this Subway today and the sandwich maker was not wearing a mask. When asked, he stated that they didn’t have to at this time. As he prepped the sandwich (while standing directly over food) he asked what fixings I wanted. I left the store and had an uneasy feeling about eating the sandwich. I called back and requested to speak to the Manager. Diane got on the phone, and I explained my issue, she said that the workers are not required to wear a mask as they prepare our food. I explained I would like another sandwich if the person making it wouldn’t mind wearing a mask. She then offered to give me my money back as she was laughing with her co-worker while I was on the phone. I told her on my next break I will be in to get my money refund and she said “that’s fine” and straight up hung up on me. This is unacceptable behavior for a manager. I believe that if someone is prepping food and they need to have a conversation with the customers while standing directly over your meal, they should be required to wear a mask! I usually don’t give bad review’s, but this one was well deserved!!

Can’t really complain about our food. There was like a gnat or a fruit fly buzzing around behind the glass but it was the only one I saw. Working in food service, I know how easy it is to attract those types of bugs. Everything seemed very clean and the guy was very thorough when washing his hands so hopefully that was just one of those circumstances of being in the food service industry.

I’ve been to many subways and I order the chopped salad for me and my woman and a footlong for my daughter. The dude that made our order was awesome and the salads were the best I’ve ever had made at a subway. I really appreciate that.

I work near here, but this Subway has one of the best services! Especially in the morning! I like my subs specific! The fact they know what I like for breakfast and lunch and ask what I want, and then make it by memory helps a lot!

Oh how disappointed I am. So I’ve ordered online feom subway plenty of times and never had any problems. I usually order from a different location, but since I would be on that side of town, I decided to order from this location. The order was supposed to be ready at 11:33am, but I didn’t get here till 12 noon, the order still wasn’t ready. After waiting in line, I let the worker know I was there for an online order pick up. She began to argue with me, telling me that they didn’t have any online orders, and that I had the wrong store and that there’s no way for her to check or make sure it’s paid for. She was arguing with me, the customer, in front of other guests and employees. She didn’t check to see if there was any orders or ask her manager. I informed her that I had the receipt for the online order and that it was paid for and she still didn’t care and argued. At this time, the manager from the gas station side, came over and asked for my information, I showed her my emailed receipt. She was able to pull up and print out my order that was paid for, and it wad made by another manager at subway that came out. I am completely disgusted and offended by the behavior of the subway store employee, her name is Stephanie. She was absolutely disgusting and rude and doesn’t know what customer service means. She needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers because before you argue with them, you need to make sure you’re right. All she had to do was check to see if I was telling the truth, which I was instead of arguing with a paying customer, if it wasn’t for me, she wouldn’t have a job. I will be posting this review on all of my social media sites and filing a complaint with subway across the board. I am highly offended and I usually never leave complaints but the extremely poor customer non-service that Stephanie offered had to be documented.

Closes early all the time without notice. Turns equipment off for “cleaning” early. There’s another subway less than a mile up the road with stellar service and friendly employees..just go there after all it’s a gas station restaurant.
