We only order dominoes if we have to because its the only place that delivers. Yall need to update yalls menu. For one the pizza taste awful something needs to be done. And for two i wish yall would bring in stuffed crust like yalls other competitors have. Papa johns has yall beat 100% one the pizza tastes wonderful two they have way more options to choose from and 3 the pizza sauce is amazing. Pizza Hut has stuffed crust.. and also yall forget our sauces and drinks half of the time so yall have to go back and get it and then by the time yall do that the pizza is cold and gross! Update><><><> ordered a pizza 3 weeks ago and im pretty sure yall just gave us someone elses order we got the buffalo chicken pizza extra chicken and extra buffalo sauce and extra cheese it was burnt there was barely any chicken on it and barely any cheese on the pizza and the crust was dry as hell i called and told them i wanted a refund or for them to remake it they hung up in my face and then said we would get a free pizza next time… never got the free pizza and they never refunded me the money so i had to call my bank and explain to them what happened and had to way 3 weeks for them to put the money back in my account in total the order was $45

I never think the pizzas are completely cooked. I sometime put them in the oven for another 10 minutes. The bacon they use on the pizza toppings is too big and never crunchy. I like smaller bits of bacon and definately like the bacon crispy, not chewy. I’ve dealt with the Willow Lawn location and they are always consistent and the pizza tastes better. Not sure who owns the Montpelier location and the online tracker is a farce — it’s always the same person’s name making the pizza. They must work 24/7 — HaHa. Not very believable.

This branch is awesome, I say that from the perspective of dealing with the Oilville branch previously. Montpelier doesn’t skimp on the toppings and the bake quality is consistent. Delivery is available and on time as well! Hands down best chain pizza for the price.

So does this store just close at 10? Never have any issues normally. I work late and have tried on numerous occasions to order after 10pm to just have the phone ring and ring and the online system have “technical issues”. I work in pizza and understand you don’t want to be bothered later at night, but it’s just frustrating.

Never had a bad experience with this Dominos. Every driver that has come to our door has done so in a very timely manner and is always extremely polite and courteous, and the in-store employees are just as friendly. The manager that was in the store tonight was an absolute sweetheart and had me in and out of the store within moments. Outstanding customer service, and yummy pizza!
