I love this place I have dined in and had take out for years and it never disappointed. There food has always been always fresh, on point absolutely fulfilling with amazing creativity. Not too mention they treat there customers like family very warm environment. Recently had to move due to my job and my family and i still crave there food. There calzone pizza and muscles garganzola is absolutely amazing.

Pizza is amazing but don’t even try going through slice when ordering. They need to not try and force you to use the app. They closed before my order came. Even spoke to them on the phone because the app wouldn’t let me fix my order, so they clearly had my order. It said out for delivery yet nothing. Had to cook my own dinner at 9:30 after waiting on an order just to find out it was never coming. I can’t fully blame them as it is also slices fault but completely unbelievable. (Edit) yet another time they chose not to deliver and canceled my order. I’ll continue to say I love their food but in terms of online orders (which they push on you to do) they failed once again. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing for a restaurant that does produce quality food.

Horrible service, ordered pizza for delivery. Told one hour…over an hour later a very rude young man called me stating they took my card info down incorrectly. I inquired if the pizza was on the way….when he proceeded to yell at me stating “she should have told you it was going to be over an hour, that they were very busy!” He then asked if I wanted to cancel, not once , but three times. I finally gave him what he apparently wanted, a cancellation. Since there is a pizza place on every corner….that’s the last time that will happen. Hello Mulberry Street!!

Cafe Europa has delicious pizza, but it’s the warm and friendly service that keeps everyone coming back. Mike, Joe, AJ, and the entire crew do an excellent job of making everyone feel welcomed. Stellar customer service with a neighborhood feel. Be sure to try their their Sicilian slice and The Brooklyn slice. Everything here is delicious.

They charged me $9.88 for 2 slices, almost $ 5 dollars a regular slice …way to expensive, and to top it off not welcoming at all. I should have complained and questioned but my kids were hungry.
