I honestly have never made a complaint nor have I had any issues in the past with Boston Market, as we usually tend to love the food from here but today, as you can specifically see from the photo’s, the quality of the food is not up to par. The chicken has a very strong color and a weird taste as well as the side dishes, everything is stale, and undercooked. Very disappointed.

Food is literally worse than a Frozen TV Dinner. I can’t imagine how they would have any return customers. I had meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Mac N Cheese. Meatloaf was boring, just a clump of meat. Mashed potatoes were bland. Mac N Cheese was very salty. Free meals for life wouldn’t get me to return.

Although I visited prior to 6PM, I was told that chicken and turkey were the only meats they had. The atmosphere was not warm and inviting. It appeared to be a laborious process for the server to prepare my take-out orders and she chewed gum the entire time she waited on me.

This place has gone down a lot. It looks like corporate reduced menu items, but they also are always missing items. Don’t see how they ate staying in business. I’ll be hard pressed to go here again in the near future (2023). It’s nit wirth it. If only the food was worth it, but sadly it has been so disappointing. I recommend somewhere else for now.
