High quality Italian food ranging from pasta to pizza and speciality dishes. Starters can be large! Excellent fries – would recommend even though it’s an Italian place. You’ll likely have some left for lunch the next day. Indoor and outdoor seating (weather permitting). There is a bar area with televisions to watch sports along with a general dining area.

My colleagues & I met at LaScala Fire for our monthly lunch date. This was my first visit to the University City location, & the food was really good! Service was a bit slow, but it was lunchtime in the city, so I guess that’s to be expected. Other than that, we had a great time catching up over lunch.

All the food was excellent! The ‘long hots’ have some kick, but we’re delicious! The crab fries were tasty! Pizza was well made and tasted amazing. The pear salad and meatball panini were great as well! Good portions, reasonable price left us with.lunch for tomorrow.

This was a very fun place near Drexel and UPenn, with a fun college vibe. There aren’t many places like that which also serve good, sit down Italian food. Our server was quite good and the food came quickly. We made reservations through their website as it was for a Saturday prime time dinner. Appetizers/salads were a little pricy, but the entrees were quite reasonably priced with large portions. I wish we had space for dessert!

Had a couple BYOB beers while waiting on some takeout from Lascala’s Fire tonight. Location, atmosphere, cleanliness and service was on point! Despite eating our food about 20-25 minutes after we were served, it was delicious! I ordered Chicken San Remo, which was fantastic, and my wife ordered the Cranberry & Feta salad with breaded chicken, which she said was delightful! Bravo!

The Food Was Excellent ! We Had Truffle Fries As An Appetizer and They Were ” Off The Chain ⛓ ” . The Drinks Were Good & Nicely Garnished . I Had Like a Seafood Linguine With ,Shrimp, Mussels & Clams .It was Delicious & it Had a little kick too it to !!! My Daughter Had a Vodka Sauce With like Rigatoni Shells & That was Fire As Well ,The Service Was Great & They Made Sure Our Handicapped ♿ Accommodations Were Met & Comfortable Too. So Kudos to That As Well . The Dessert’s aWere Incredible Also .My daughter had the banana bread chocolate chip with a side of ice cream. I Had Profiterole Cream Puffs with a side of ice cream. Excellent .The Servings for The Cheap Prices Are So Big We Had Plenty of doggie bags when we left .I’m getting ready to warm up some Truffle Fries Right Now !!!
