I made a delivery order and the order was wrong. I called in to have this fixed and I was told I can come pick it up. I ordered delivery for a reason! HELLO. So because this place made a mistake now I have to do 50% of the work to make it right. BUT GUESS WHAT IT GETS WORSE! I give in and go to pick it up because I can’t let my kids starve, and, they present me another pizza that is made incorrectly. So now, I didn’t get my delivery, I didn’t get my pizza, I didn’t get my remade pizza, and they had the audacity to again ask “can we remake it for you?” THEY ALREADY TRIED, still they couldn’t read and make the order correct. I cannot sit there for another 20 minutes and wait for a pizza a was supposed to be delivered an hour ago just for it to be incorrect again. Because they can’t do their job right, I have wasted the time I didn’t have in the first place and children who don’t get pizza for lunch. This place has 0 customer service and no competent staff. THERE WAS NO MANAGER IN SIGHT. I asked to speak with her, nope, never saw a manager. Just 3 teenage boys messing around while two girls didn’t know how to help me and eventually gave me the customer service number where they were exceptional.

Rude just standing there talking not welcoming not taking my order. someone walks in immediately take their order pushing me to the side.. I wait then walk back to cashier to order again and i ask ig I can get a Supreme he’s like those are just examples of pizza continuing thr personal conversations with the other employee and I’m like ok can u make a Supreme he’s just like ugh I’m like ok u know what thank you and I leave Judy so rude they keep talking to each other their body language is turned towards one another he doesn’t look at me while addressing me eyes still on other conversation just a dirty atmosphere rude kids hanging out the other guy says I’m not even on the clock so…

ordered two times in the last couple of weeks & order was great. yes it was a wait but those people complaining about wait time need to understand when you order during dinner time(or lunch) it’s obviously going to be a lengthy wait. we are only human, not fast robots. have some respect and consideration.

We all got sick from it. Ordered delivery. Pepperoni, Supreme and breaksticks. Not sure what happened or why, but we all got sick to our stomachs and have had severe pains and illness all day after we got food from there. We’ve been unable to keep anything down or in for the last 24 hrs. Hopefully, they can fix the issue and no one else gets sick.

Very nice , little caesars everyone was very nice and helpfull . I asked for extra parm on my bread sticks and the girl i ordered from made sure to go back and remind the guy that was making them to get me extra . I was also very happy and suprized to see that they sold there zap pack spice in a full larger spice container and for very cheep at that . Only 3.00

UPDATE I think they are trying to save money, my cheese pizza was missing tomato sauce. I guess it’s a different version of their cheesy bread…….Why do they call it hot and ready when cheese is never ready, change your slogan to “hot and ready pepperoni everything else you gotta wait” never been to one location. Most at least tell me there is a wait, this one did after I paid and asked for my receipt which wasn’t given. After I paid the girl looked at me like I should just walk off. Tell me the wait time give me a receipt and thank me, don’t just make me pay then look at me like my card didn’t go through.

I worked at Little Caesars for five years before I changed career paths. I’ve never seen a pizza as thin or as greasy as the one I bought at 83rd & Glendale. After I stopped working there I took a break from pizza but finally decided to purchase a pizza from here because of the quality for value. Let’s just say that’s a mistake I will not be making again.
