Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. There are a few more near by and all of them are better. Every single one, every single time. I eat this pizza 1-2 times a week and know that it’s not a fluke, it is just how this franchisee runs this restaurant.

Our local Round Table closed so we decided to give Mountain Mike’s a try. I know I liked their pizza in the past. We ordered two large pizzas. I’m not sure about my husband’s pizza, but I am mad about mine. Mine was The McKinley with thin crust and added pineapple. Well, the pizza was a thin crust and had pineapple, but the toppings were scant, there was barely any mushroom or bell pepper, some slices had none, and there was NO SAUCE. Also, this was a delivery order. We were not given any peppers or cheese packets, nor plates or napkins. We also ordered hot wings with blue cheese dressing. No blue cheese dressing. In the future I may give them one more chance before deciding to never order here again (and I will order for pickup since the delivery estimate was 45 minutes but the delivery time was 1 hour 15 minutes), but right now I am just too annoyed because I was really looking forward to a good combination pizza, not a crust with cheese, no sauce and barely any toppings. At least I can use some canned pizza sauce and my own ingredients to try to rescue it when I have the rest of it tomorrow, but I shouldn’t have to do that.

I paid for extra sauce and cheese and the pizza had neither. It was actually less than regular from my usual Mountain Mikes. Manager refused to acknowledge their mistake. The crust is doughy with hardly any toppings. Some pieces didnt even have toppings on it. they even made me come outside to get it even though it took them over an hour for delivery. The worst mountain mikes pizza period.

Terrible service from the guy answering the phone who claims to be the manager. Refused to deliver to my apartment, don’t know why? they have done it at least 10 times. They charge a delivery fee and a tip, which is ok but they don’t want to deliver to your door. The guy told me I had to go downstairs to the parking lot. When I told him I was paying for the service he became very rude and he told me he was happy to cancel my order. Thank goodness for the other branch at Hamilton, very friendly staff and they do deliver To your doorstep.

Ordered garlic bread with cheese this afternoon. One, does not look like bread,two, the cheese is not melted for it to be edible,it is burnt on most pieces. It looks like a small pizza dough was used, not bread! No more!
