I ordered 20$ worth of food and they said they were out of everything while I was ordering. The staff was very rude while I was ordering. They said they were closing in 5 minutes at 1:30 am and they don’t close until 2am. I got my food and they gave me a singular quesadilla with only cheese and some old cold nachos with a small peace of meat on it. All of which I did not order. They stacked the bag with sauces and napkins so I could not realize the bag had two small items in it. I was very disappointed because the other Taco Bell’s in town are very professional and kind. I will never be giving this location my business and I’m very disappointed the management allowed this to happen. 0/10

Usually a pretty standard taco bell. But today, they took 45 minutes to get through a 10 car drive thru line. I had ordered online and already paid, otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed, but I ended up having to go inside because they took so long that my car just about ran out of gas. I would’ve had enough for any normal drive thru run. Once inside, the workers loudly complained about guests and the job constantly, and besides the girl working the register, were all very disrespectful. However, I only felt the need to write this review after realizing that they couldn’t even get my order right despite all that. I don’t generally leave reviews on places, but that quite possibly the worst customer service interaction of my life. The girl on the register was very nice and helpful though.

The kid literally threw the drink cup across the kitchen after I politely pointed out that I’d asked for a large, not a small. They clearly hate their jobs there. You could hear the hostility dripping from everything they said.

never before have i been provided nacho fries upon initial request with my order at any taco bell aside from this one. each other time in my life i’ve had to call back or cut my loses, but this location provided my beloved nacho fries quickly and with very high quality.

Horrible service, guy taking orders on the headset didn’t know what he was doing at all. Plus the amount of disrespect towards me and my girlfriend was horrible and very rude. Don’t recommend this Taco Bell there’s literally another one in the area. So if you don’t want to waste your time go to the other Taco Bell. Smh
