Plenty of places to seat. Easy to order: all done online. The food wasn’t bad. Prices were incredible…even for airport food. Classic burger with fries and a soft drink with tip came in at $35. The service was quick. That was the last time I saw my server. A refill was not offered but needed. Rating due to price and lack of refill.

Burger was great! We tried to order at the table and waited for a long time to get help but it was not working so went to the self service and ordered food for about 60 dollars. Then came an eastern european lady furious and yelling at us because we ordered takaway and we can not sit at the restaurant and order takaway…. most unpolite staff ever! There where 3 other people eating takeaway also because of NO SERVICE! The guy making burgers was great and very polite!

Service improvement recommendation. After struggling to get the online menu through a QR code —unstable airport internet, plus, if you’re traveling internationally w/out a. int’l data plan… not well thought— asked the waiter NO cheese in one of the burgers, plus, selected the option in the online order, and surprise, came with cheese… had to wait the largest “2-min” to get it redone. A “no-apologies-for-the-delay” policy, didn’t help to the first impression.

Wish I could give them ZERO! All service thru kiosk or QR Code. You are totally ignored until you use one. No explanation that they don’t take orders directly. Playing on phone while your food is getting cold. Their only job is to retrieve what you ordered. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Ketchup packets were empty and when you did get their attention (actively ignoring you) they tell you “we don’t have anything to do with that”….so you order burger and fries from them but they aren’t responsible for ketchup packets?? Burger like $22 and dry as a bone with absolutely no flavor at all. Lettuce brown and wilted and fries bland and dry. Waste of money and service deplorable. SKIP! There are other places close. Hopefully better! Not the only ones…several people complaining about same and making same comments about service and food. Boo! Just Boo!

Our orders were correct and thankfully didn’t take very long like some of the other reviewers experienced. The prices are up there, $60+ for two burgers and loaded fries. The service is awful… We wanted to see if the fries that came with a burger could be upgraded to loaded fries and two people just said “order on the kiosk” without even attempting to hear us. Very frustrating. Will not be eating here again when we come through.

Sure, the burgers are good. Not 22 dollars good. For just the 2 burgers and the tip, it was about 60 dollars. New Jersey already sucks, you don’t need to add salt to the wound.
