I went through the drive thru and ordered my food. I parked my car and checked my order it was wrong so I drove back to the store and talked to Noah. He was very unprofessional and aggressive. He started demanding my receipt. I didn’t have it so he said he would look up my order. James (the drive thru person)admitted he put in my order wrong. Noah started remaking my order. I could hear him saying, oh she just wants free food and she doesn’t have her receipt. Thats when I went to my car to look for my receipt. I couldn’t find it so I went back inside the store and told James & Noah I wasn’t given a receipt. That’s when James found my receipt at his register. James never gave me my receipt. Noah got upset when I stated that James didn’t give me my receipt. Thats when he slammed my order in the trash and said I’m not giving you a refund. He said I’ll call the police and get you trespassed because I’m not gonna argue with you.

Drive thru closed/blocked by vehicle, which hey things happen. I walked up to the entrance. 2 people waiting outside. I asked are they still serving. Lady says you have order thru DD or call the number. As I am trying to look at the number Manager or regular worker comes out with orders. He looks at me and say you can’t order from outside you need to go online. I said I’m not asking you to take my order I was just about to call the number you have posted to call for orders. He go oh no you can’t order here. I said again I’m not I’m trying to get the number that is hand written by management as per the number to call. The worker like is trying to hid the sign with his body and says you can’t. I can’t take orders here. Can someone explain this to me because one of us is just not smart enough and shouldn’t be out at night talking to people without some sort of disability sign.

This place is the absolute worst. EVERYTIME we order threre is missing food and incorrect items. Doordash refuses to credit for Taco Bells mistakes because they mess up so often. Will not be ordering from this location which is a bummer, it used to be great when they first opened!

They can’t train employees right at this location. Go somewhere else. I have had umpteen meal cards issued to me from this location _ and literally even when you go there to redeem one from their mistake , they mess it up, almost as if its on purpose. I don’t appreciate constant hassle. Go somewhere else.

on 5/ 26/ 23 it took over 10 minutes to even get to the window with only one car in front of me, I was on my way to work and was then 15 minutes late when I would have been on time if they went as quick as every other taco bell, absolutely ridiculous, and still had to wait so long after I got to the window
