I enjoy Marco’s but sad to say my experience at this location was horrible!!! I ordered inside the location, said I wanted no mushrooms on my specialty pizza The worker typed & wrote down no mushrooms…The pizza had a ton of mushrooms! They asked me if I wanted it remade, I said no since there were people yeah they have already waited over 40 minutes for their orders. And I must have lost my mind because I didn’t even notice the health score wasn’t 81 until I walked out. I hated my experience.

The manager Lacy (or Lacey) might be the worst manager I have ever encountered in customer service. I ordered a simple half and half pizza, online, today at 6:07 p.m. At 6:48 p.m. I called to inquire about the status of my order and was told that it would arrive within 5 minutes. The person I spoke to, a young man, was actually pleasant to speak to (even though my food was not delivered in that time).

I’m guessing this location is under new management, their services is horrible. I was asked to send them a picture of the pizza to proof my complaint and was told not to touch the pizza because they will need to take it back… as if! Not everyone out here to scam for free food.

I ordered a mushroom, bacon, pepperoni personal pan pizza. The cheese was invisible. I didn’t know I needed to ask for extra cheese ( more than 2oz). It was disgusting and I didn’t know it was can mushrooms. I will not order from them again. They would not accommodate me with a refund, coupon or anything. 15th street pizza here I come!

The pizza was excellent! I did a pickup order and they were right on time. Friendly employees and clean store. Their dining-in area was closed, but that didn’t bother us as we were only there for a pickup. I would return.
