We stood in line and we finally got to the cashier. After we told her what we wanted, she very rudely said the kitchen was closed. So we stood in line for nothing. A sign stating the kitchen was closed would have been helpful. And if it just closed, she could have been a whole lot nicer and she could have said she was very sorry but the kitchen is closed. Good customer service really helps.

Horrible service, we asked for a plane bagel with cream cheese and we got a bagel with bacon egg and cheese, and we also ask for two ice latte with whipped cream and the lady give us the latte with no cream and also she put more milk then coffee and also she put too much sugar on it, we are really disappointed we pay for something and we receive something else and its really horrible, the lady’s make the food with an attitude they don’t read the instructions of the orders they make what ever they want!!

Didn’t have over half the menu including any unsweetened flavors. Lady was pretty rude about it. Long lines of people who, one after the other, got denied their order.. ended up waiting in line, then not having what I wanted which was a common order and then what I did order, they got wrong. Good thing I’m not lactose intolerant, because the cream they put in instead of the oatmilk was another stupid issue. Think twice before going here.. better to buy the pre bottled coffee in the store next to it

Rude girl working there..They’re supposed to open at 6am & when I walk in at 6am she says “We’re not open.” I said “Don’t you open at 6? If you need a few minutes that’s fine.” She goes “No we’re not opening..I’m here by myself.” Okay..so you can’t serve one person? She says “We’re not opening until like 7.” Funny that it still gave me the option to order on the app. I’ll be contacting corporate to report the lazy employee.

We came for pancake minis, but they weren’t in yet. Fine. She offered us other options instead. I ordered a small peach coconut refresher with less ice. She didn’t know how to charge it and charged extra for the coconut milk after asking a coworker because she didn’t know how to charge it.. There were 4 workers and only one was working, and she didn’t make my drink right (made with green tea). She put way too much coconut milk and put regular ice when I asked for less. Slow service overall. As a former dunkin employee, it’s disappointing.
