I recently bought a prime rib stake sandwich to take home that is 15 minutes away and when i sat down to eat it the meat in the sandwich was slimy and the taste was off. I had the same sandwich from a different location and it was so delicious but not this time.

Service was really slow, especially for a lunch break. If you are in limited time, this might not be a good option. I ordered the hook and ladder salad with oil and vinegar. It was OK but not great. Thankful they had a healthy salad option though. The subs are much better but I was trying to be healthy. I don’t think I’ll come back for a lunch option during the week.

It was my first time trying this place out. Ordered a firehouse hero & paid for a LARGE sub which was over $14. They call my name & again its my first time there so I just grabbed the bag & didn’t think anything of it. Drive home to find a tiny 6, maybe 7 inch sub vs the 12 inch sub I paid for. The place was dead. Maybe 2 people there eating. My order was the only one in their hands & they got it wrong. How! The sandwich itself was pretty good in taste but that’s it. I’ll try another location next time where the employees are not as ignorant.

I placed online order for a combo and another sandwich. My husband didn’t know about the combo just picked up the bag. No chips and drink. I called and both employees were rude. They said it was our fault. Wow. What happened to customer service? I am bedridden bc of 6 surgeries and they told me I have to bring my card up there to get a refund?

Misheard what I ordered ,and that led to them giving me the Hero not the Gyro. I tried to let them fix the mistake but it was 7:20 and it seemed only a few teenagers were running the place. Dont get me wrong they made the sandwich but i couldn’t find the Gyro….. no cucumbers tatziki sauce or feta cheese. These cats just pit chicken mayo and a LTOP on a bun then gave it to me. Im beyond frustrated guess I’ll eat somewhere else tonight.

I think that firehouse is absolutely the freshed and best sub shop. Their subs are always so fresh I dont know how else to say it. Have not been disappointed ever and I have tried many of their locations. Just dont forget their special sauce. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

They are nasty. They didn’t wash their hands after coming off of lunch, and the employee had to be forced to wash his hands. Just disgusting! Don’t eat here very unsanitary and they are rude.
