This is the worst Jimmy John’s I have had the displeasure to order from. Unfortunately it is the only one that delivers to my work. The sandwiches are usually incorrect and I have waited over 2 hours multiple times to get my order. Recently I ordered the limited time chicken ceasar wrap with no tomatoes. Not only were there tomatoes on it but someone added onions as well. Not advertised with onions and didn’t have an option to remove them because there wasn’t supposed to be any! Ruined the sandwich. Go somewhere else!

Have lost faith in this location. They constantly mess up the order. If you order delivery they will not notify you about the status or delivery of your order, or even knock / ring the doorbell to notify you that it has arrived and it will take about an hour even if you live within a mile. My driver also pulled out and drove the wrong way down a 1-way street at 10 miles over the speed limit, and I live across from a park so kids are constantly crossing the street. Didn’t used to be a problem here, but they are consistently extremely slow to deliver for the last year or more. Expect about an hour to deliver. You may see your food arrive earlier, but an hour or more is typical at lunchtime. Swift delivery is heavily marketed, nationally, by this chain… so something has gone terribly awry at this location for them to have issues with this.

Better than Subway if you are looking for that type of sandwich shop. Store in Glenview on Glenview Rd is well managed and busy. Lots of choices on subs/sandwiches, fresh and decent, but not gourmet. Bread is fresh and good, but more bread than sandwich ingredients. Clean and well maintained. If I am in the mood for a sub, I go here for a sub instead Subway or Jersey Mike’s or Potbelly.

Very infuriating. I ordered food with my friend Alanna at 11:41, it is now 1:50. No food yet. I have gone to the store only to see the orders already out for delivery. This was 50 minutes ago and still not delivered. The phones were down and no way to contact them. I just want my sandwich. I thought it was freaky fast delivery? It’s just a simple sandwich that takes 10 seconds to make i dont know why it’s taking 10 years to deliver. I’m usually quite a patient and not angry person, but I am hungry and I wasted my money.
