I came to this location tonight and sent my 2 kids inside to pay and get the pizza. The employee was very sweet, my kids were so happy to receive some Easter toys from her. We always have a great experience here, thank you to all of the amazing staff.

Worse hungry howies I’ve ever dealt with. Never delivered food and then blames customer never ordered but had a receipt on credit card showing payment for food. Forgot the number 1 rule of customer service. Pappa John’s will get my future business. Good luck.

The communication is poor managers won’t even get on the phone to talk to the customers with issues. Hangs up on their customers. Waited over 2 hours for my food and a manger wouldn’t even get on the phone. I’ll never order from here again nor would I recommend this specific place. Poor poor service and a mager lack of communication skills.

Hungry Howie’s really impressed me. After calling ahead to a different place and being told they had plenty and not even 3 minutes later I got there waiting for over 10 minutes to order then being told they ran out hours ago Hungry Howie’s really pulled through for me. They made me a fresh salad right there at the moment and noticing I was in a little bit of a hurry they got me in and out in under 6 minutes.
