Ordered a stuffed pretzel crust pizza 4/15 because my daughter had heard it was back on the menu. That was the ONLY reason I ordered from LC that day. Regrettably we did not check the pizza inside the box while at the counter because we did not receive a stuffed pretzel crust nor were we told when handed the pizza that it was not a stuffed pretzel crust. This is not the first time our order has been wrong and when your child has her heart set on pretzel stuffed crust and she doesn’t get it, I do not appreciate that. I left feedback in regards to this matter on their website immediately after finding we had wrong pizza but have not heard back. Poor service once again.

I called ahead to order three pizza there technically hot and ready but I didn’t have time to wait. I told them this. One to the game by pizza They told me it would be 10 minutes it took me at least 15 to get here and now I’ve been waiting another 15 minutes, so what was the point of ordering ahead.

Their service was fast and Curtis their store clean the only reason I only gave 4 stars was because I love their cheese bread and this was my first time ordering it from this particular store but they seemed to drowned it in garlic butter (and I love garlic butter don’t get me wrong) but when it covers the taste of everything else well that’s just way to much! But I will say again this was my first and only visit to this store so it may have been just a single incident! IDK!

Well usually it is a good place for quick food but they had none of the Hot n Ready cooked we had to wait 20 mins. And to top it of wen we got home with the pizza it was not even that good. This place needs serious improvement

Been calling 30 mins no answer. Come to store to see 3 workers hanging out talking. Orderd my food waiting 15 mins witnessed the phone ring multiple times only to see workers laugh and ignore it.
