Ordered the gyro fries and a cold cut sandwich. I told them I would like extra sauce on the side, ketchup with my fries, and mayo, lettuce onions, tomatoes, oil and vinegar salt and pepper on my sub. Got zero sauce or ketchup. No mayonnaise on my sub and they put Italian dressing which I did not ask for. The gyro meat tasted like it was from a frozen box dinner and was extremely dry. I repeated my order twice. When I picked it up I even asked if everything including my sauce was in the bag. Also not even one napkin. I was just passing through on my way to Iowa and thought it looked like a good spot. Very disappointing.

As a fan of Submarine House this of all the locations is the worst. Portions are low least for the pizza and sub we had enjoyed. A regular super duper barely came with any steak plus the pizza only had 4 pieces of steak, I would not recommend this location to anyone but the submarine house franchise itself is worth the stop.. just not this location.

If they would properly toast the bun there Sub’s would be awesome. I have been here 2 days in a row and only once at lunch time yesterday was the bun toasted. Yesterday evening soggy bun. Today at lunch soggy bun. If it wasn’t for soggy buns they would get 5 stars from me.

Love the cheese steak sandwiches! The steak is so tender you only need to bite down once and no embarrassing pulling on the sandwich to get the bite free. The sweet lady next to me, whom I’d never met before, felt the need to share with me that the fried pickles she had were the best she’d ever eaten. When she was finished eating, she placed a to-go order for just the fried pickles.

Took a shot on there pizza. I been trying to find a pizza place somewhat like Cassanos pizza. And this is exactly what I was looking for. Pizza was totally on point with the Cass king. Got the deluxe large 21.29 money well spent
