I had an order for $37 worth of food. Waited in the drive-through line over 15 minutes and was missing 3 pieces of chicken and bun was damaged on cheeseburger. The person at the drive-through indicated that if I wanted my additional pieces Of chicken I would have to pull forward and wait at least 4 more minutes for it to cook which indicated that they knew they had shorted us and didn’t care. They were not a fan of me not wanting to pull foraward and would not offer a refund or anything. Even after waiting 15 minutes the fries were cold.

Walked in a little before 12 noon, no food in sight…most of the employees were in the lobby eating. They take our order, we wait for 15 minutes and finally get our food. It’s cold…how is this possible? 1 female employee was tweaking the whole time, eating fries off the grill. Don’t recommend. They also had 1 car in the drive thru…he was asked to pull forward to wait for his food? Why? Nobody was behind him. They must get timed on their drive thru orders.

Service was friendly but careless, ask foa buffalo sauce and recieved smoke bbq, I have been to other Hardee’s and was able to order a hot ham and cheese during breakfast at this one they stated they couldn’t. I have ordered one at this location several times before. I have notice the last few time I’ve eaten at this particular one that the quality of the food has definitely went down. Not sure if it’s management or lack of workers.

Pork chop biscuit without the gravy , best breakfast sandwich ever. Always hot and fresh. Worth every penny. If I don’t go in then I don’t rate atmosphere, however the drive-thru servers are always attentive and professional, never any issues.. just wish they’d bring back the cinnamon raisin biscuit

My husband and I planned on eating here this evening. Waiting at the drive thru for 6 minutes. We decided on pulling to the window thinking that the speaker was messed up. Please tell me why the lady was out in the parking lot sitting in a car with her headset on and three people standing outside of the vehicle with loud music. I don’t know what’s going on there but one star shouldn’t even be given. Somebody should get that place together. Drug deals gone bad!!?

I hadn’t eaten at our local Hardee’s in a few years because it was so, so slow. I decided I’d give them a shot again. Big mistake. I ordered using the app. I showed up, and they said they had no online order in their system. I showed him the confirmation screen. He agreed that it looked fine, but he still had no order in his system. To do anything about it, I needed to show him my credit card receipt proving I’d been charged. I showed him the email confirmation from Hardee’s showing that my MasterCard had been charged $21.57… and he said no, I needed to show him the actual credit card receipt. R i d i c u l o u s. I left and will not be back.
