Order online. Waited about 20 mins due to having a good size order. Got there which took me about ten minutes or so. Walkin and food was still not ready. Dakota the guy behind the counter said they were making fresh chicken and it would be done within 5 minutes even tho he told the manager they need guys he didn’t matter to them. Dakota tho made it right gave me a free bucket of pop of my choice and made sure all my food was fresh and hot. So Dakota thank you for making it an enjoyable experience. You’re a value there yiu should be the boss.

They mess up my big family orders everything. I just called and spoke with someone about forgetting a substitution. They said sorry we messed up. After I verified at the window the upcharge and substitution. I got an “I’m sorry about the mix up” then nothing just silence. Poor,poor customer service.

How is it a KFC when they NEVER HAVE ANY CHICKEN?! There’s been several times where we come and they don’t have any chicken. Just came through for the first time in a while because it’s been a while since I tried and definitely wasn’t surprised with the answer! You don’t have 1 chicken breast?! Seriously? Why bother!

I don’t know where to start on how horrible this place is I don’t even know how they’re still open? Not to mention no one wears gloves not even the manager! This has to be the worst kfc I have ever been to. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The manager doesn’t even help the kids working, she didn’t smile, she never washed her hand after touching money, she was absolutely no help to anyone in that store. I have no idea how she got to be a manager?

I ordered on the App for “Quick pick up”. It said my order would be ready at 7:39PM. I arrived at 7:42PM, only to find the door locked with a sign about Covid and Drive Thru Only. Waited well over 1/2hr in the drive thru line, which had 4-5 vehicles in it. (Each one took a LONG time to get their food). No option to cancel the order, so I was forced to wait, and was short on time. I told the employee they should not allow Quick pick up orders to go through, as it isn’t valid. She said they don’t control the APP, and was like “Oh well”. I won’t be back.
