Don’t get me wrong, I like Sonic. But, $3.59 for 5 onion rings (medium), and they taste and look like they have been under the warming light too long. Also, I had a reward for a 1/2 price shake, I made sure I checked the reward when placing my order online, but I was charged full price $4.09 for a small. Spent almost $30 on an order and they can’t get it right.

When we pulled up we were addressed by an employee that told us only the drive thru would be serving and it must be cash only. So we go get in the drive thru and order. To our surprise a medium blizzard was $6.02. An order of tator tots with cheese was over $8. I could not believe the prices of this place have gone up so high. Then we could not use our debit card because it was cash only. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Ordered two number 10’s one with no tomatoes and add cheese the other was suppose to be plain. Both of them made all the way no cheese. Sent food back and still got it wrong. Also paid with cash. Total was 24.31 gave them 40.31 and brought us back 15 and change. They need to learn and be taught. They also need to learn to read a screen and get orders right.
