The service was fast, but that’s all that was appealing regarding Go Bird. The cashier wasn’t rude, but she did walk away once during my order without warning. She did return quickly and completed my order.

Great tenders. The crinkle cut fries appeared unappealing but they were tasty. The chicken and fries were flavorful and freshly cooked. The “bird” sauce is good. It’s just mayo and salt-free seasonings. They give you nice slices of toast which seems unusual but they’re good too. Very similar to Cane’s Chicken but bursting with more flavor. The drink cup and bags are generic but, that only hurts the presentation. Go Bird is a GO!

I think I’d much prefer this place over a chain. I like the simplicity. Focus on a few things and get them right. The batter is pleasant. I like a crinkle cut French fry. The slaw I had wasn’t the freshest otherwise I’d have much higher notches for it. The ‘bird sauce’ is fun. Good job.

Always great and friendly service whenever I come here. The chicken strips are always delicious and so is the breading around them. The fries smack too! Which is why I’ve been here 4 times in the past two weeks. The two black ladies Cheri and I forgot the other lady’s name, they’re always professional and very sweet. They never forget my napkins, sauce or anything else. All fast food employees should be like them.

The chicken tenders and fries are good. Mine was cooked perfectly- hot and crispy. Fries were hot and crispy as well. Friendly staff. Looks like they are trying hard to make the complaints I see here go away. As for the price, well, they are no more expensive than that chain chicken joint that has crinkle-cut fries. Seemed fair to me. Will eat again! Thanks!

This place is ok. The chicken is “reasonable”, the sauce is not the greatest tho. I think the fries are the ones from Walmart, they taste and feel the same. I love small businesses ,and I want every business to excel but, the service was ight. The guy seems genuin enough. Over all it was an “ok” experience, but we will not be going here again.

Ordered through Grubhub. Driver forgot my drink. Grubhub credited me. The chicken wasn’t all that and the fries were cold. Only thing interesting was the sauce but I’ve had better tasting chicken tenders from a certain fast food chain.

First time customer. Went in the afternoon so the drive-thru was empty. Food came out relatively fresh within 3-5 min or so. Fries are fairly bland compared to Zaxby’s and not as crisp as Cane’s. Chicken tenders were good, large, and the flavor of the breading is unique and tasty. Better than zaxby’s and about on par with Cane’s, slightly less fresh. I did order an extra sauce and upon driving home realized I only received one so that was a little dissapointing. Overall I’d give the place a high 3-low 4 star range.
