I just ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and small fries through drive thru. Hands down, it is THE BEST GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH I have ever had!!! The fries were fresh and tasty too! The restaurant is very well manicured and the staff was super friendly, professional and went out of their way to ask if I needed anything else. I rarely write reviews but definitely wanted to give an A+++ shout out to this Culver’s in Suwanee, Georgia. Thank you so much!

I placed an order online and went to the drive-through line. The person told me it must be a mistake, and they didn’t have any orders for me. I left, and later I checked my card, and the charge is pending. I called them and was able to talk to the same person who literally sent me away. He said the food is ready, come pick it up. I said I am miles away now. He said, “I can’t do anything, I cooked the food. Bye, have a good day.” Ridiculous! Beware of this place.

This is one of my family’s favorite quick serve restaurants in the area. We’ve been here many times and have had very good experiences. What I can say is that this is possibly the youngest team I’ve ever seen work a restaurant. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was great. They are clearly a well managed group of young adults with great attitudes. It was a pleasure.

I have been coming to this location for years but after tonight, that will no longer be the case. Got there around 9:20pm on 6/23. I’ve been ordering the same meal the same way with no issues up until recently. Now when I order, staff has no idea what I’m asking for. Changes in menu items I can deal with. Changes in management? I can deal with. The problem is when I’ve repeated an order several times at the mic as coherent as possible, ingredient by ingredient and it is still made incorrectly. Not sure if he’s a new owner/manager but the older looking worker I believe his name is Mr. Charlie. I have been seeing him more frequently and can honestly say he is the most pleasant presenting but rude person I have ever met. Masking rudeness with a giant smile doesn’t make it any less impolite or disrespectful. After explaining at the window that my order was wrong, the young lady working the register asks me to pull up. That’s fine. Once I pull up, Mr. Charlie comes up and asks “what’s wrong?” I stated that the burger was made incorrectly and he asks “well what did you ask for?” I politely show him the receipt to which he replied “well that just means you added those things to what the burger already comes with.” No sir. I stated several times that I only wanted this and this on the burger at the mic. He then proceeds to ask me “Well what would you like on it” to which I began replying to. I am immediately cut off, but still attempting to answer his question. He starts to become impatient and began talking over me, saying “You dont have to explain yourself” over and over as I am still trying to answer the question he just asked me. Why bother asking when you were going to cut me off immediately ? Love Culvers, but his attitude & passive aggression is not a good look for this location. Hope he changes or gets a new job so I can visit again.

They can be slow getting food out and mess up orders. My daughter’s friend had a tie wrap in her salad. They did give us another salad, but the last few times I have been there, it took a long time to get my food and there was usually some mistake in the order. The staff there is usually friendly, but they need to pay more attention.
